1. Overview
Cleaning agent is a large category, and there are many kinds, including two categories: inorganic cleaning and organic cleaning. The difference between organic cleaning agent and inorganic detergent is simply that organic cleaning agent is a cleaning agent made of carbon containing compounds, and inorganic cleaning agent is a detergent made from carbon free compounds, so they belong to inorganic substances.
2. Cleaning methods and functions
⑴Usually, a layer of oxide film is formed on the surface of metal, which is often attached to various pollutants during production, storage or transportation. Because the metal surface is seriously polluted or rusted, so cleaning is necessary in the early stage of treatment.
⑵ Cleaning methods are divided into physical and chemical methods
The physical method is sandblasting, which mainly plays the role of cleaning.
Chemical methods mainly play the role of degreasing and rust removal. Degreasing is mainly the removal of other substances, including oil, fat, all kinds of residue in the process of production, as well as anti-rust oil or mineral oil in the process of coating. Rust removal is mainly to remove surface oxides generated by stacking during storage and normal temperature production, and also remove iron scale oxide scales produced during high temperature production.
3. Cleaning fluid classification
There are many classifications of cleaning agents. Our company has two main categories: water soluble series and solvent series.
Water soluble cleaning fluid
Because the water soluble cleaning solution contains surfactant, alkali agent, complexing agent and other components. After emulsification, it can remove grease, ash layer and other pollutants and play a cleaning role.
Solvent type cleaning fluid
The principle of similarity solution is used to remove oil and grease which are difficult to clean.
4. Conditions and requirements for high performance cleaning agents
⑴ The chemical property is stable, and it is not easy to react with the cleaned object. The dirt cleaning speed is fast and the scale removal is thorough. The detergent itself has strong reaction, dispersion or dissolution scavenging capacity to dirt, and it can remove dirt completely in a limited period.
⑵ The surface tension and viscosity are small, and the permeability is strong, but the damage to the cleaning object should be within the limit of production permit, and the corrosion of the metal may be suppressed accordingly.
⑶ The KB value should not be too high to avoid dissolving with the cleaned objects; the cleaning process does not leave insoluble material on the surface of the cleaning object, does not produce new stains, and does not form a new covering layer harmful to the follow-up process, and does not affect the quality of the product.
⑷ It is not flammable, low toxic and safe to use; the cleaning agent is nontoxic to the living and environment. The waste gas, waste liquid and waste residue should be treated to meet the requirements of relevant state regulations.
⑸ Non ODS and low GWP, environmental protection, low cleaning cost, no excessive resource consumption, no influence on cleaning process and sanitation foam and odor.
